God has provided our facilities and equipment through the faithful stewardship of the members and friends of Fairlawn Community Church. This has given us the opportunity to serve our Lord, our congregation and our community. We are pleased that our buildings and our equipment can be useful to various groups both within and outside the fellowship of FCC, whose purpose and activities are in keeping with the ministry, mission, purpose, and values of FCC and our denomination, the Christian & Missionary Alliance. Conversely, our buildings and equipment are not available to organizations whose purpose and activity is contrary to our mission, ministry, and purpose.


The INDOOR PLAYGROUND is a crowd favorite with the kiddos, equipped with a triple slide, zip-line and world map. The climbing areas are designed for children under the age of 12. We also have a few tumbling blocks for those a little wobbly on their feet. A large glass window visually connects the playground and the café area so guardians can keep an eye on little ones, while socializing just outside the door. Children should not be left unattended. This space safely holds up to 49 occupants at one time. Socks are required and we have some available for purchase. Full rules and regulations are posted on the door.

Our GYMNASIUM is equipped with a basketball hoop and court lines for volleyball and pickleball. This space is perfect for sporting activities such as dodgeball or bubble ball, large group gatherings or vendor fairs. Sound panels are installed throughout for hi-volume activities. There is a large glass window that visually connects the café space to the gymnasium.

The café is the heart of fellowship and conversation in our space. We have café tables and chairs available, as well as round and rectangular folding tables for larger groups. From the café, there are windows and direct access to both the playground and the gymnasium. There are two long counters for food display and a sink available for washing up after your event. Trash receptacles are present throughout.


  1. Fill out the Facilities Use Form (below). We will get back to you with the availability of your requested date.
  2. Attend an in-person meeting with an FCC representative and if approved, pay the deposit.
  3. Pay the remaining balance prior to the event and have all attendees complete an Activity Participation Agreement form (below).

Minimum scheduling time is 2 weeks prior to the event and subject to availability. Full details for rental can be found within the Facilities Use and Rental Policy and Agreement.
